I talked about the Retrocompability Secret. This was before E3 '05.
The "emulation and downloadable content" is only one of the solutions for this secret.
The Secret is already unveiled. But you have Retrocompability on Revolution. And there's more.

It says on their website that you don't need special glasses. The glasses are just for larger viewings currently.
